Transgender Cultural Responsiveness for Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists
WEBINAR / COURSE DETAILS
Teaching pronouns as a speech-language pathologist (SLP) can feel tricky when you haven’t been taught inclusive pronoun practices. As a trans SLP, I will walk you through an introductory course on being an inclusive practitioner. We will build vocabulary around transgender experiences, discuss why the work of trans inclusion is important, and explore therapy practices with a gender inclusive lens.
