Wes Chernin (he/him) is a transgender speech-language pathologist based in Portland, OR and co-founder of Q Inclusion, LLC where he collaborates with individuals and professionals on queer and trans inclusion. Wes’ work is rooted in the intentional practices of humanization, deep listening, courage and authenticity. He helps cultivate sustainable practices that uplift and value every voice within a community. Wes is a recipient of the Oregon Safe Schools and Communities Coalition 2019 Safe Schools Award for his work as a LGBTQ+ inclusion consultant and trainer.
