MS CCC-SLP
Erin earned her degrees in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) from Valdosta State University (BSed) and Florida State University (MS). She spent the first 14 years practicing across 3 different states and in the medical and private sectors. With some hesitancy, she made the dive into the school setting and 7 years later, her niche has turned out to be with the Secondary population. She currently works for a large school district in Texas and consistently services at least two campuses, with a preference for high school populations. Erin is one of three team leads for the 33-35 middle and high school SLPs. She is passionate about addressing functional communication skills for her high school populations and addressing compensatory strategies and transition needs. She has a penchant for organizing and reorganizing, crafting and merging her old school knowledge of paper and pen with the electronic trends.
