This course will provide an overview of what telepractice is and what it should look like as you begin providing services. From the topics of best practice (tele-ethics), equipment, materials and engagement, technology work-arounds, and parent expectations, to a Zoom platform demonstration, this course will provide you with an overview of what to expect and how to get started!

    MS, CCC-SLP

    Tracy Sippl is an educator, presenter, and licensed SLP with over 30 years of experience as a Speech/Language Pathologist, over 7 years experience as Teletherapist, and the owner of S&L Teletherapy Consulting, LLC . She has been an active participant in ASHA's Special Interest Group (or SIG)18: Telepractice Community and was recently elected to the Associate Coordinator position for SIG18's Coordinating Committee. She is a frequent presenter and has a keen interest in- and commitment to- improving teletherapy services for both the provider and the client.
