AC Goldberg (he/him) is an intersex/transgender Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) whose mission is to cultivate affirming clinical spaces for people of all neurotypes, races, genders, ages, religions, ethnicities and (dis)abilities. He was a school SLP for almost 20 years prior to becoming a full time consultant and continuing educator. Since 2017, AC’s given over 1000 lectures in culturally responsive practices. His intersectional cultural responsiveness CE platform, The CREDIT Institute, is dedicated to wealth redistribution. AC practices radical empathy. He's @transplaining.
AC is the founder of Transplaining, a consulting agency and is also the founder of The CREDIT Institute, a continuing education platform dedicated to intersectional cultural responsiveness. AC received an honorarium for this presentation.
AC is a founding member of the Trans Voice Initiative. He is an ASHA 2023 Convention Planning Committee Diversity co-chair. AC is also on the community advisory board overseeing research out of Boston University about the effects of exogenous testosterone therapy on communication in AFAB speakers.
