She is a trained Integrative Coach and Yoga Teacher, and she runs the site jessiandricks.com as well as the SLP Stress Management online course and podcast. Jessi focuses on helping SLPs manage stress, reduce burnout and find more balance in their lives, using the tools of Stress Management and Mindfulness.
