5 Team Collaboration Hacks in Special Education

This course is designed to empower special education professionals with practical strategies to foster collaboration within their teams. Participants will learn five key hacks to enhance goal creation, data collection, data analysis, communication, and lesson planning through collaborative efforts. Each hack is paired with engaging activities to ensure participants can immediately apply the concepts in their educational settings. By the end of the course, educators will have the tools and confidence to create a more cohesive and effective special education team.
