  • Dr. Thelma Ramsey Bryant

    EdD

    Dr. Thelma Ramsey Bryant has over 30 years experience in direct service delivery and supervision in healthcare, early intervention and school-based settings. She was a school based Speech Language Specialist and Special Education supervisor creating a pipeline of students from internship to CFY experience. She currently serves as a middle school principal in East Orange,New Jersey.

  • Maria V. Dixon

    M.A., CCC-SLP

    Maria V. Dixon is a Clinical Professor at Arizona State University. She has been a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) since 1997. She earned a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Maryland at College Park. She has worked as an SLP providing direct service in schools and as a Clinical Faculty member at Purdue University and the University of Maryland at College Park. Her areas of clinical and research interest include Autism Spectrum Disorders, interprofessional practice and clinical education.

  • Krystal Nelson

    M.S., CCC-SLP

    Krystal Nelson, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a proud Rutgers University graduate from Hoboken, New Jersey, who brings heart, humor, and creativity to the speech room. Krystal is currently a school-based speech-language pathologist with a focus on autism, play-based learning, and real-world communication. As she builds her career, Krystal remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the field of speech-language pathology.

  • Mariah Lopez

    M.S. CCC-SLP

    Mariah Lopez, M.S., CF-SLP, is a Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Rutgers University. Mariah’s interest in speech-language pathology grew from her fascination with how communication connects people and how a single word, gesture, or shared moment can build understanding and belonging. Mariah is especially interested in early childhood language development, social communication, and creating culturally responsive therapy materials that reflect her students’ experiences.

  • Sam Walker

    M.S., CCC-SLP/L

    Sam Walker is a Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Speaking of Samantics and The SLP Test Prep. She creates supportive, judgment-free spaces for future and current SLPs to learn, laugh, and connect through game-based study sessions, relatable content, and advocacy for accessible, inclusive education in speech pathology.

  • Sophia Ermmarino

    B.A

    Sophia is a speech-language pathology graduate student and founder of The Speech Shelf, a platform offering unlimited speech materials for less than a cup of coffee each month.
