Using Mindfulness to Manage and Reduce Your Speech Language Pathologist Stress

Using Mindfulness to Manage and Reduce Your Speech Language Pathologist Stress

Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) are hard-working, compassionate people, and this comes with a lot of stress and the potential for burnout. Luckily, there is something we can do to help manage and reduce this stress. In this webinar, you’ll learn why stress happens (hint: it’s NOT your fault), how the Stress Management Tool of Mindfulness can help you manage it, and 3 mindfulness practices to use.
